A design visit is an essential step in creating a custom closet that perfectly suits your needs and enhances your living space. It allows you to collaborate with our experts who can provide personalized solutions and guide you through the entire process from conception to completion.
Initial Consultation
Your initial design consultation can be competed online or in-person at our showroom!
During this meeting, you'll discuss your specific needs, preferences, and goals for the custom closet. Our designers will ask you questions to understand your storage requirements, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
Your designer will help you select accessories like hanging rods, shelving units, drawers, shoe racks, and other specialized storage features for your closet. They will focus on enhancing the functionality of the space and suggest space-saving solutions to make the most of your area.
Design Presentation
Based on the information gathered, the designer will present you with various options and layout ideas for your custom closet. They may show you visual representations, sketches, or 3D renderings to help you visualize how the final design will look.
Throughout the design process, your designer will help you coordinate your overall aesthetic appeal. They'll work to create a closet design that complements your home's decor and aligns with your personal style.
Installation Review
Prior to purchasing your new custom closet, our top-of-the-line installation team will make one more visit to your home to double-check the design you want against the space that is there so that your installation will go off without a hitch!
Once it has been reviewed your designer will help you order your materials and provide you with a final detailed design packet.
Space Assessment
During your space assessment, the designer will take a detailed look at the space where the custom closet will be installed. They will take precise measurements of the closet's dimensions, including the width, height, and depth. They may also note any architectural features, alcoves, or corners that could impact the closet design.
Your designer will assess any spatial changes that will be occurring in the space and make note of any structural adjustments that need to be made to accommodate your new design.
Review and Feedback
Once the initial design is created, you'll have the chance to review it and provide feedback. The designer will collaborate with you to make any necessary adjustments or modifications to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
After incorporating your feedback, the designer will finalize the custom closet design, including all the details, measurements, and materials.
Installation and Completion.
Once the materials have arrived, our team will coordinate your installation timeline so that we can begin your installation process. We will ensure that every element is meticulously put together to bring your custom closet to life. Depending on the complexity of the design, the installation process may take a day or two to complete.
